Ru9 is seeking a Business Analyst to join our team and play a critical role in analyzing business performance, overseeing business tools, and optimizing processes to support the company’s growth. This position requires a proactive individual with strong problem- solving skills who can collaborate with internal teams and external partners to improve workflows, enhance efficiency, and ensure seamless operations across various business functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of data analysis, business processes, and tools such as ERP, CRM, and project management (PM) systems, enabling them to provide actionable insights and drive process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis and Reporting (40%)
- Provide regular updates and ad hoc analyses to support decision- making by leadership and other stakeholders.
- Translate complex data into clear, comprehensible insights for non- technical teams.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key business metrics (e.g., sales performance, customer behavior, operational efficiency).
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends and deliver actionable insights.
Business Process Optimization (40%)
- Identify inefficient workflows, bottlenecks, or gaps, and propose solutions to improve overall efficiency and scalability.
- Work alongside cross- functional teams to design, test, and implement optimized workflows and process changes.
- Monitor the success of implemented changes and continuously seek opportunities for further process enhancement.
- Collaborate with internal teams and third- party vendors to understand, evaluate, and improve current business processes.
- Oversee and manage business tools such as ERP, CRM, and project management systems, ensuring they are effectively utilized and aligned with business needs.
Strategic Support and Tool Management (20%)
- Provide training and support to internal teams on using business tools effectively.
- Perform market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Take ownership of evaluating and integrating new business tools and software to streamline operations and improve productivity.
- Collaborate with leadership to define business objectives and ensure alignment across teams.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of business processes and workflow optimization.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
- Excellent problem- solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- Experience working with ERP, CRM, or project management tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Odoo, Asana, or equivalent).
- 2- 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role, with hands- on involvement in business process optimization and tool management.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, able to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- Technical proficiency in managing business tools and systems, with the ability to identify and implement improvements.
