BUSINESS MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Other business organization, and trade associations;
Achieve growth in turnover and profitability with optimum working capital.
Direct and control the operation of the company’s goal and objectives into operational plans and targets;
Responsible for manpower planning, training, and development of human resource.
Implement and execute policies, comply with strategic plans of the company.
Conduct market research and feedback to Superior for assessment.
Collaborate with internal colleagues to resolve issues with customers.
Review staff performance against plan;
Maintain good public image of the company by effective communication and contracts with
Implement Key Account Management to support the growth of our business by leveraging Global customers.
Manage and oversee all quality management/implementations;
Other assigned tasks by direct manager.
Discuss and review the marketing plan formulated/prepared to promote the respective
Prepare financial budget and capital expenditure of respective business lines/operation.
Business lines/ operation services and achieve the sales growth and increase market share.
Lead Business in Vietnam, take responsible of P&L of whole Business with Headcount of Team is around 50 (including Inspection and Testing)
Evaluate and develop strategies for targeted market to generate new leads and opportunities.
Build strong and collaborative relationships with customers.

REQUIREMENTS:

Good relationship with Oil/Gas Clients
At least 5 years relevant experience in Business Lead in Oil&Gas Inspection (Quality & Quantity) roles.
Integrity and transparency
Fluent in English (both in communication and writing)
Proven track record of new sales development in the process industry (Oil and Gas, Chemical, Marine)
