About Promotion Team:
Our team structure is designed to be streamlined but optimal, with roles focusing on platform growth, merchant growth and analytics.
The platform growth function focuses on expanding our customer base through targeted strategies, leveraging impactful tools such as promotion, campaign, communication, product led growth, and A/B testing to drive adoption and retention.
Meanwhile, the merchant growth role concentrates on fostering partnerships and enhancing the presence of businesses on our platform, driving revenue and diversifying offerings for partners.
Analytics acts as the backbone in supporting platform and merchant growth by swiftly and accurately assessing the effectiveness of new products or initiatives from various departments.

What you will do
Promotion Hub Settings
Manage and review submissions from internal units and external partners.
Set up and configure promotional campaigns on the system.
Quiz Block Setting
Collaborate with requesters to review and ensure question/image content complies with guidelines.
Set up questions and quizzes on Postman, contribute content ideas for questions and hints for campaigns.
Coordinate with Key Account (KA) and release quizzes.
Shake Nearby Settings
Collect deals from internal units and partners, follow up, and set up deals on the system.
Communication – Notifications & Banners
Schedule and manage monthly notification plans, request content from the GMC team, and ensure content quality.
Set up notifications and banners on the system, obtain approvals, and track campaign performance.
Budget Management
Create PR, PO, and follow up on the progress of gift/campaign creation.
Manage budgets and verify campaign deliverables.
Live Check
Regularly check promotional campaigns displayed on the Promotion Hub to detect and address any issues in a timely manner.
What you will need
Communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work effectively with stakeholders such as internal units, partners, and design/content teams
System and technology knowledge
Familiarity with tools like Postman and promotion/communication management systems on e- wallet platforms.
Analytical thinking
Ability to analyze basic data to monitor campaign performance and optimize processes.
Degree
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data, Business or Finance;
Time management skills
Coordinate requests from multiple departments, track and manage work progress efficiently.
Campaign management experience
Candidates with experience in setting up and managing promotional campaigns in e- wallet or fintech sectors are preferred.
Market know how
Familiar with the Fintech/Ecommerce/Ride Hailing market.
Basic understanding of user- centricity concepts and Marketing platforms.
Problem- solving skills
Ability to detect and resolve issues related to promotional campaigns and system performance.
