Business Operations Executive

Operational management: Oversee and support the smooth execution of client business operations such as product launching process, inventory management, marketing campaign execution, etc, ensuring continuity without interruptions.
Reporting & analytics: Utilize Excel and analytical skills to generate ad- hoc and weekly reports, providing detailed insights and actionable recommendations to drive business decisions.
Continuous improvement: Proactively identify and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Additional duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.
Client support: Assist clients in updating content and monitoring websites to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Advanced skills in Excel, including formulas and pivot tables for data analysis and reporting (skills will be assessed during the interview).
Strong analytical mindset with a deep understanding of business data and its potential for driving decisions.
Fluent in English, particularly in writing and reading (equivalent to IELTS 7.0 or higher).
Enthusiastic, responsible, eager to learn, and capable of working effectively under pressure.
Demonstrated experience in analyzing business data and deriving actionable insights.
