* Reponsibilities:
- Start with business strategy planning by understanding and analyzing the market. After making the business plan and when it comes to the execution stage, you will be managing a few salespeople.
- Will be responsible for business strategy planning and execution to start the refrigeration business in Vietnam.
Strategic Planning: Understand consumer, customer needs and market insights to formulate a business plan for starting up New business of Refrigeration in Vietnam.
- Understanding of the entire refrigeration market in Vietnam, by conducting interviews to channel (dealer, installer, contractor etc.) and stakeholders (owner, investor, developer, consultant, etc.).
- Understanding the competitors in the market for each SBU and making competitive analysis (3C, 4P, 4C, SWOT Analysis, etc.)
- Based on market analysis and competitive analysis, build a mid- term plan (channel, product, pricing strategy) for growing refrigeration business in Vietnam
Management & Execution: Manage, guide, and participate in direct planning and task execution that are aligned with business objectives and company strategies.
- Go to customers to make sales negotiations.
Product Strategy Planning: From the insights from the market, and competitive analysis, make a product strategy that meets the Vietnam market requirements and work with factories in Malaysia, Japan, China, Europe to launch in the market.
Cross functional collaboration with internal departments and external teams in Japan and Malaysia etc. to facilitate sales activities and ensure the compliance of sales activities to current regulation and to drive the business results.
Business Analysis: Analyze business and review constantly current business practices and performance with key stakeholders to optimize future planning and execution.
