KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead the Business Process Office team, establish governance for process changes, and manage the portfolio of improvement initiatives.
• Promote a culture of process excellence, conduct training, and engage employees in identifying and implementing improvements.
• Develop metrics to track process performance, maintain documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Introduce new tools, automation, and emerging practices to enhance process operations.
• Lead process improvement initiatives, manage change effectively, and ensure smooth implementation across teams.
• Analyze and map existing processes to identify inefficiencies, redesign “to- be” processes, and implement improvements.
• Support senior management with special projects, audits, and process- related insights as required.
• Establish and maintain a framework to document, standardize, and align business processes with strategic goals.
• Work with all business units to drive process improvements collaboratively and support strategic transformation projects.
