Business Risk Supervisor_Salary Up To 25 Mil

Manage the fair and consistent application of performance management and disciplinary measures as necessary
Hosting 1- 2- 1’s to drive team member&039;s performance through continuous improvement and team meetings
Keeping up to date with business development and new product lines
Work closely with the team, motivating and coaching them
Manage day- to- day line activities, prioritise and make risk/impact assessments within existing processes and procedures towards achieving SLAs
Ensure training and development plans are maintained for all team members
Work with the management team to identify and deliver positive change and business efficiencies Escalate Operations issue for timely support and resolutions.

Bachelor Degree or above;
Fluent in English & Chinese
Team management experience
Ability to deal with demanding customers and escalations
Coaching and communication skills
Creative & Critical thinking
Energetic and motivating individual
Experience within customer services
Strong coaching and people- development skills through call listening, quality feedback, etc.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a contact centre environment as a Team Manager
Excellent leadership and communication skills

13th month salary
