Business Strategy Manager

Responsibility 1: Strategy and Planning (50%)
• Participate in proposing and execute strategy and plan of the company, including:
• Coordinate with departments to set up, implement their target plan as well as proposing solutions;
• Catch up the new trends of retail industry, ecommerce, competitors;
• Optimize the Organization Chart structure and organizational resources/ headcount;
• Cooperate with external partnerships (market research, banks, ecommerce, etc.) to enhance the Company’s brand, performance as well as increase the customer’s experience and convenience.
Responsibility 2: KPI evaluation and Incentive (40%)
• Evaluate the KPI achievement of departments, based on target and actual performance;
• Other incentives as requested by Line Manager/ Director.
• Calculate monthly and yearly incentive of stores and MD teams based on current target and performance;
• Proposing the timely and deserved incentive;
• Coordinate with department to set up Target, KPI for each departments, given the most motivation for all staffs/teams/departments;
• Set up Records target for incentive of stores an MD teams;
Responsibility 3: Reporting (10%)
• Support to organize BOD meetings and other meetings;
• Conduct ad- hoc reports, requested by Team leader, Director
• Keep track the implementation of GD’s requests from departments/teams;

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree required in Economy, Business Administration, Finance or equivalent
Knowledge:
• Analysis skills and research methods are preferred.
• Knowledge of organization structure is a plus;
Essential skills:
• Fluent in English, especially written and reading;
• Strong critical thinking, advising and consulting skills;
• Ability to multi – tasks and work independently under tight deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Power point, Data visualization, experience in VBA or Power BI is a plus
• Negotiation & communication skills;
• Solid analysis and quick learner
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy;
• Planning and well- organized skills;
• Eager to continuously learn and improve
