BUSINESS SUPPORT

Support the sales team: Prepare documents, forms, quotes and other reference materials for the sales team to use during the sales process.
Evaluate, continuously improve sales support processes.
Response to questions and issues raise by Sales team.
Other ad- hoc report or tasks as assigned by management.
Perform validation checks and update data.
Support customer: Communicate with customers, answer questions, handle issues related to services, products, and Fuse Pro application. Ensure customers have the best experience with company applications and services.
Calculate sales promotion programs.

Qualifications:

Intermediate English
Insurance and marketing industry
University Graduation

Skills/knowledge:

Proficient in using office skills : Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook Office..
Well known all insurance products and be able to explain to clients their coverage is a plus
Accuracy and attention to detail is important
Ability to make good and clear template / report / presentation
Agile demeanor, good communicate and handle situations well, be careful, responsible at work

Experience:

Having experience in insurance field is a plus
At least 1 year working experience.
Female with at least 2 years of work experience related to Sales support, having experience in insurance field is a plus
Marketing, business development and sales background is preferred
