Business Systems Analyst PLM Centric 8

We are looking for a skilled and detail- oriented Business Systems Analyst with strong expertise in Centric 8 PLM to support our team on a temporary basis, with the potential for a full- time role. This position plays a key role in aligning PLM functionality with business needs through analysis, configuration, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:

Support PLM- related projects, including feature rollouts, process enhancements, and training.
Perform testing and validation of PLM functionality and data accuracy.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
Stay current on PLM best practices and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
Monitor and maintain data integrity within PLM.
Create and maintain SOPs, user guides, and training materials.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and configure PLM workflows accordingly.
Implement system changes directly and collaborate with Centric Software for complex issues or vendor- supported enhancements.
Serve as the main contact for Centric 8 PLM support, enhancements, and issue resolution.

Working knowledge of REST APIs for data automation and integration tasks.
Practical experience configuring Centric 8 PLM, including workflows and data models.
Good written and spoken English communication skills are required.
Strong understanding of product lifecycle processes within retail, apparel, furniture, or consumer goods industries.
Basic SQL skills are a plus.
2+ years of experience working with PLM systems – ideally Centric 8 PLM.
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., D365, SAP) is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work across technical and business teams.

Employment Type: Temporary 10 months contracts (with potential for full- time hire)
