Manage and oversee the entire restaurant operations to ensure profitability of the brand / brands, achieved budget set and compliance with food safety standards and industry regulations, delivering superior guest experience.

- Collaborate and partner with IT department, online managers, and other marketing department for the purpose of sales building, creating brand demand, marketing plan, enhancement of strategies across program website, digital and social media, email campaigns etc.
- Implement innovative strategies to improve productivity and sales.
- Reviewing menu with chefs to ensure food quality standards are being met.
- Plan and develop the overall restaurant marketing strategy.
- Training staff on appropriate customer service techniques for different scenarios, such as handling complaints about food or service quality.
