JOB DESCRIPTION
Support the HR team in handling labor contracts, probationary documents, and related HR paperwork.
Other tasks assigned by the direct manager.
Help generate HR reports (headcount, turnover, leave, compensation).
Support administering company benefits (insurances, allowances, bonuses, gifts, engagement activities).
Assist in monitoring and ensuring employees&039; compliance with internal policies.
Support monthly payroll preparation (collect timesheets, verify attendance, check OT/leave data).
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure accurate and timely C&B operations.
Assist in maintaining and updating HR databases, employee records, and personnel files.
Contribute to improving HR processes and C&B documentation.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Basic knowledge of HR operations is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and comfortable working with numbers.
Detail- oriented, careful, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality.
Personal laptop required.
Good skills in Excel/Google Sheets (basic functions required).
English at an intermediate level or above is preferred.
Good communication and teamwork skills; proactive and willing to learn.
Final- year student or recent graduate (Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields);
