Purpose/ Duties of Position:
• In this role, the candidate will be responsible for ensuring the company&039;s compliance with local regulations and managing payroll processes. He/ She has a strong understanding of labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll best practices in Vietnam. He/ She acts as a role model regarding Gearment&039;s values implementation.
• Handing employee’s benefits and compensation based on company’s policies.
Responsibilities
Social, Health & Unemployment Insurance, Trade Union
• Keep track and follow employee’s status to update on Social reports
• Register Insurance card for employees, prepare all claim reports
• Prepare all requested Insurance reports (internal & external) and submit on time.
• Register Social insurance book for new employees and close book for resigned staff
Payroll
• Ensure the accuracy of payroll reports
• Payroll computation
• Maintain and update payroll data related to over- time salary, Saturday allowance, all kinds of incentives, salary adjustments, maternity leave, SI claims, un- paid annual leave
• Ensure the accuracy of statutory withholding at source (including Personal Income Tax).

• Manage and follow cash benefits & other payment in payroll, procedures relating to expenses in payroll (such as: resignation, personal adjustment...)
Offer Letter & Labor Contract
• Being in charge of labor contract relevant issues including tracking the due date of definite labor contract, labor contract renewal/extension and/ or termination, labor contract annex
• Being in charge of Offer Letter for the new employees
(in terms of position promotion, salary change, and other change), probation result (pass/ fail) which is related to labor contract sign- off procedure and probation termination.
Reporting:
Being in charge of Accuracy of:
• Prepare and submit required reports to local authorities
• Ad- hoc reports as per request of CEO & COO
• Periodical reports, including headcount report, Total Man hours report, Overtime report (OT/SAT), incentive report, reports to BOD
Other activities
• Participate in activities related to HR policies and processes, Labor Law, employee and labor relations
• Act as a single point of contact for any concerns/ queries from functional managers and employees
• Other HR activities as per business needs and Manager&039;s requirements
