C&B Specialist

Timesheet & payroll
- Cooperate with Accounting department to clarify the difference of payroll report (if any).
- Complete final compensation and severance allowance for resigned employees.
- Manage timesheet, overtime, annual leave, etc… of all sites for monthly payroll preparation.
- Prepare monthly payroll report: periodical and required reports related to C&B function.
HR databases & labor contract
- Manage, prepare employee’s labor contracts to make sure they are signed on time, accurate and obey the labor law, company rules.
- Fulfill, manage employee profiles and ensure all updated information on HR system.
Compulsory Insurance
- Close social insurance books for terminated employees. Update any issue/problem related to compulsory insurance to superior, relevant employees actively and timely.
- Prepare compulsory insurance cards for employees as the law.
- Complete social insurance benefit claim for employees: sick leave, baby sick leave, maternity leave, labor accident etc..
- Prepare monthly Compulsory Insurance reports: increase- reduce headcount, change of salary, job position.
Personal Income Tax (PIT)
- Timely update any PIT issue to superior and relevant employees when it occurs
- Handle monthly PIT declaration and PIT finalization as Tax law.

his role will be temporary for 6 months. After that, we will discuss further options based on performance.

BA degree in relevant field
Knowledge of labor regulations, HR practice, Labor code, Tax’s law, SHUI law
Good command of English, Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
At least 2+ years of experience in similar positions
Good numeric and analytical skills; logical thinking, ownership
Time management skill. Attention to details, high accuracy, high integrity
