We are expanding and seeking for an experienced C++ Developer and proficient in Python, we encourage you to apply. Candidates with a keen interest in tackling challenging problems and writing well- maintained code are highly regarded. Prior experience in finance is neither required nor requested.
Responsibilities
As a vital member of the Software Development team, you will:

Design and develop applications and components for various parts of our trading systems.
Continuously enhance our systems to adapt to evolving trading needs.
Utilise Python for various scripting and integration tasks.
Utilise your expertise in either C++ to write robust and performant code.
Ensure the smooth operation and reliability of our trading systems

Hiring process

Within 2 working days, we will send you an email regarding your application. Please kindly check your inbox and spam box.
In case you are qualified to go to the test round, you will receive an email from our test platform HackerRank with the test link in it (please check your inbox/spam box). The test link will be expired after 2 weeks. You will need to do the test in one- seating (120 mins) without pausing the test.
Three rounds interview (in English) with our senior developers (live coding will be required):
The first round: in our HCM office with our senior software developer
The 3rd round: video call with Head of GNG team (our C++ team) from Singapore. You will need to prepare a laptop and good internet connection.
The 2nd round: video call with our senior software developer from Singapore and Viet Nam country manager. You will need to prepare a laptop and good internet connection.

Working hours: 9am to 6pm – Mon to Fri. Hybrid working environment (3 days in office, 2 days work from home). You will be required to work in our HCM office
Full salary in probation time (6 months probation. Each party can terminate the 6 months contract at any time)
Be qualified to join ESOP after 2 years
Training trips to head office in Singapore after probation.
13th month salary
15 days of annual leave apart from national holidays by law
Joining SHUI (Social insurance (SI); Health insurance (HI) and Unemployment insurance (UI)) in and after the probation time. SHUI is contributed base on actual salary.
Childcare leave:

2 days of childcare leave a year (With Grasshopper for at least 3 continuous months)
6 days of paid childcare leave per year, regardless of the number of children you have (With Grasshopper for at least 1 year).
Only be applicable for employees with children below 7 years old.

Maternity/Paternity leave: based on Labour law

An eligible employee is entitled to an additional 3 days given for compassionate leave.
Eligibility requirements: Passing on of family members- Spouse, Children, Siblings, Parents & Parents- in- law, Grandparents & Grandparents- in- law. Granted once per bereavement.
