CAD Engineer (Steel&Metal) (27388) [Bình Chánh - HCM]

- Interpret client specifications, sketches, and functional requirements into viable CAD designs.
- Participate in cross- functional projects (e.g. new product development, process improvement initiatives).
- Generate BOMs (Bill of Materials), parts lists, and coordinate with procurement for parts/materials.
- Perform design reviews, resolve engineering issues, and propose design improvements for cost reduction, quality enhancement, or manufacturability.
- Support prototypes, testing, and validation of designs; iterate as needed.
- Work closely with production, tooling, and quality control teams to ensure designs can be manufactured (e.g., bending allowance, material thickness, tolerances, fits).
- Prepare manufacturing drawings, assembly instructions, and clear documentation for the shop floor.
- Liaise with clients/suppliers when necessary regarding design changes or clarifications.
- Create, modify, and maintain 2D and 3D CAD models and detailed drawings (e.g. sheet metal parts, assemblies, brackets, housings).
- Maintain CAD libraries, templates, and design standards.
- Other related tasks

- Vocational school and above related to engineering, such as Mechanical.
- From 1 year experience in using CAD and SOLIDWORKS.
