Call Center Monitoring Specialist

Monitoring compliance with discipline.
Other tasks as assigned by manager
Ensure adherence to policies for attendance, established procedures
Development of monitoring and logging systems.
Improves quality of results by recommending changes
Maintaining employee’s call records and updating databases
Keep management informed on issues and problems
Presentation to the manager about the results.

Familiarity with finance, banking, or lending industries is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail- oriented and able to prioritize tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office/ Pivot Table
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
At least 1 year of experience in Call Center or a related field
Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast- paced environment.
Familiarity with finance, banking, or lending industries is a plus.

Familiarity with quality assurance in Call Center
