As a Campaign Management Executive, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing e- commerce campaigns across multiple channels, including Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, brand.com, and Social Commerce... Your role is crucial in driving business results and enhancing the consumer experience. Key responsibilities include:
Market Research: Stay updated on e- commerce trends, emerging initiatives, and market best practices across all platforms to incorporate innovative ideas into brand- focused campaigns.
Campaign Planning:
Develop and manage an integrated campaign calendar that aligns with brand activities, partner promotions, and key e- commerce events (e.g., platform birthdays, Mid Year Campaign 6.6, 9.9, 11.11, 12.12, Tet).
Conceptualize and create engaging campaigns tailored to specific brand activities, including:
New Product Launch: Create launch strategies to generate excitement and drive sales across all e- commerce channels.
Branding Initiatives: Design campaigns that strengthen brand awareness and ensure consistent messaging.
Brand Day/ Super Brand Day: Work with brand teams to craft campaigns that boost visibility and sales on key brand days.
Coordinate with related departments such as Commercial, Media, Affiliate, Livestream, and others to develop comprehensive plans, detailed execution checklist and set targets from various sources of growth.
Campaign Execution:
Develop and manage an integrated campaign calendar that aligns with brand activities, partner promotions, and key e- commerce events (e.g., platform birthdays, Mid Year Campaign 6.6, 9.9, 11.11, 12.12, Tet).
Act as the PMO (Project Management Officer) of the campaign, responsible for managing the campaign checklist with all relevant departments including Commercial, Media, Affiliate, Livestream, and others. This involves:
Issue Resolution: Quickly address roadblocks to keep the campaign on track.
Task Management & Timeline Coordination: Align and track tasks with clear deadlines, ensuring timely and high- quality delivery.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables are accurate and meet campaign goals.
Partner with external stakeholders (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.) to deliver best- in- class e- commerce campaigns that achieve business KPIs and enhance brand visibilities.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
Prepare post- campaign reports, highlighting key learnings and recommending strategies for future brand activities.
Work with related teams (Commercial, Media, Affiliate, Livestream, Data, CS, Operation…) to analyze campaign performance across all channels and provide actionable insights and back- up plans during campaign.
