Campaign Management Specialist - XSTU

Maximize conversion to XSTU of existing customers through enriching product offer, within new & modern approaching
Actively work with Sales/Partnerships team for identification of external products’ XSTU opportunities
Pilot and implement XSTU products, report performance of each campaign and make recommendations to ensure campaign objectives are achieved
Perform other responsibilities and key result areas will be assigned as required
Collaborate with internal stakeholders on preparation including Product, Marketing, Risk, Sales and IT etc. at preparation stage
Focus on XSTU products portfolio performance and take results as inputs for changes in communication and offering strategy.
Actively monitor overall portfolio performance for XSTU opportunities and suggest those for implementation
Formulate and ensure fulfillment of product offering strategy for XSTU channels/ programs/ campaigns/ activities

Experience working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
Experienced 1- 2 years in project management, project implementation, and sales campaign execution...
Skilled in process development and idea presentation
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Economics, Finance, Mathematics...
Strong proven computer skills MS Office, SQL (basic) will be a plus
Strong communication skills
