We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Campaign Manager to join our fast- growing e- commerce company. As the Campaign Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing and expanding our campaigns in a year, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction across our platform.
Key Responsibility:
Monitoring and Optimization: Tracking campaign performance metrics, such as click- through rates, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).
Performance Analysis: Analyzing campaign performance data to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
Target Audience Identification: Identifying the target audience for each campaign based on demographics, interests, and behaviors.
Creative Development: Collaborating with designers and copywriters to create compelling marketing materials, including ad copy, visuals, and landing pages.
Budget Management: Monitoring campaign budgets and making adjustments as needed to maximize ROI.
Campaign Launch: Launching campaigns across various channels, ensuring timely execution and accurate targeting.
Reporting: Preparing detailed reports on campaign performance, including key metrics and insights.
Channel Selection: Choosing the most suitable channels for the campaign, such as email marketing, social media, paid advertising, or SEO.
A/B Testing: Conducting A/B tests to optimize campaign elements and improve performance.
Defining Campaign Goals: Setting clear and measurable objectives for each campaign, such as increasing GMV/Order, boosting brand awareness, or acquiring new buyers.
Learning and Optimization: Using insights from analysis to inform future campaigns and refine strategies.
Budget Allocation: Allocating the marketing budget effectively across different channels and campaigns.
Qualifications
Excellent organizational and time- management skills
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
In- depth knowledge of market analysis and metric
Hands on experience in creating reporting and managing budge
Vietnamese candidate only, good command of English
Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role, preferably 5- 6 years+ in e- commerce, performance marketing, campaign strategic planning is a big advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Marketing
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

Working Hours and Location
Location: 497 Nguyen Kiem Street, Ward 9, Phu Nhuan District, Ho Chi Minh City.
Hours: Monday to Saturday (from 08:30 to 17:30).
