Campaign Manager (Financial Sector)

- In charge of team performance and KPIs, which are assigned by the BOD
- In charge of dozens of campaigns in the finance industry, split into many sub- industry: consumer loans,
fintech, banking apps, insurance (life and non- life), stock investment, HR etc. of top clients such as
TCBS, MB Bank, FE Credit, Credit, VPS stock marketplace, etc.
- Help team members create a strategy/solution to improve the performance of the campaign to meet the
- In charge of strategic planning for a sub- category of finance assigned by the BOD.
monthly/quarterly/yearly target
- We are not only optimizing Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, etc. This job is not only just calculating
numbers on your desk; we also need to develop strategies to become the best Affiliate Marketing
channels for clients in Vietnam and control competitors&039; performance.
- Help team members negotiate with clients to get better conditions for the campaigns, for our
publishers, and for our company
- Working, communicating, and negotiating often with internal teams to manage an advertising
marketing team)
campaign ( including the publisher management team, Customer service team, technical team, and
- Maintaining relationships with clients, aiming at improving ads campaign’s performance.
- Manage teams to achieve KPIs
- In charge of recruiting, training, and coaching team members

- Good communication, sales, and negotiation skills
- Good analytic and logical thinking skills are a ‘must’
- At least 5 year of experience in managing digital marketing campaigns (hands- on experience is a big
plus) in the Finance industry (small consumer loans, fintech, medium consumer loans, credit cards,
insurance (life and non- life), stock investment, etc)
- Getting experience in operating loan products is a big plus
- At least 2 year of experience in leading a team
- English: Advanced
- Positive attitude, fast learner
- High responsibility for work is a ‘must’
- High- pressure capability quickly grasps the problem and solves it effectively.
- Good Marketing mindset; basic awareness about commercials.
