Job Description:
Sales Product
Aligning and planning of strategic sales product development from revenue plan.
Training all teams on new product pricing and solutions
Preparing rate cards and managing GPM of new products
Proposing development of new sale product from internal product and from market trending advertising format
Sales Operation
Set up Ad campaign on FB and Google ads for lead generation campaigns
Monitor and optimize ad performance to ensure KPI deliverable
Supporting sales in briefing phase to develop ad demo, campaign objective, suitable and reasonable KPI
Assisting pre sales proposal, feasibility, client objectives and proposing adjustment to campaign flow after considering internal product capabilities.
Weekly reporting of campaign delivery, monthly reporting of delivery for client billboard
Understand technical set up of FB and GG ads pixel mechanism, utm tracking and reporting in GA to ensure cross platform reporting is accurate
Cost reporting to Sales Operation Leads and Ad campaign cost management
Assessing and approving pricing and discount benefit, promotional program, public ratecard.
Campaign
Controlling costs and maintaining a healthy gross profit margin
Weekly reporting of campaign delivery, monthly reporting of delivery for client billboard
Supporting sales in briefing phase to develop ad demo, campaign objective, suitable and reasonable KPI
Internal marketing: Assisting, guiding, and managing company media marketing activities, both online and offline
Set up Ad campaign on FB and Google ads
Monitor and optimize ad performance to ensure KPI deliverable
Work with internal team (Design, Content, Sales, Campaign) to develop ad creatives
Client campaign feasibility and performance: receiving and assessing client briefs to propose suitable KPI for commitment. Feasibility checking of client KPI
Cost management: P&L reporting of each campaign. Ad campaign cost management. Cost spending and execution oversight
Operation management: Managing internal and external resource to ensure KPI deliverable
Post campaign reports to review performance and kpi achievement
New revenue verticals
Leading offline events planning (Webtretho fairs), feasibility, costing, outsourcing, venue design and launching
Supporting VIP/KOL growth and managing campaign acquisition, costing proposals, feasibility, payments, invoicing, and reporting
Reporting weekly within department and Head of Business Development, monthly revenue report to BOD
Planning and proposal prepare for next year KPI and current year
Skills and Qualifications:
Exceptional interpersonal, management skills and team player
Strong problem- solving, team work, and ability to work well under pressure
Bachelors’ degree or equivalent working experience
Excellent communication, presentation
Must have at least 3 years working in performance ad as a SPO Executive or relevant role
Good English communication
Experienced in performance marketing and optimization
Self- motivated with a results- driven approach
Have knowledge and experience working with multiple acquisition channels beside performance channel such as: KOLs, affiliate, Media, publishing websites
