Cargo Sales Support

Support the coordination of impactful sales and marketing campaigns to promote our cargo services, under the guidance of the Sales Manager or Cargo Manager.
Working location: Room 343, ALS Cargo Terminal, Noi Bai Airport– Soc Son, Hanoi, Vietnam.
Collaborating with the sales team to update and maintain sales collateral, promotional materials, and online presence.
Providing administrative and operational support to the Sales supervisor / Sales Manager or Cargo Manager, including data entry, preparation of sales materials, and coordination of sales activities.
Contribute to the development and implementation of effective sales strategies and initiatives aimed at driving revenue growth and acquiring new customers for our air cargo services.
Timely resolution of customer inquiries and concerns.
Making the weekly/monthly report (performance, market, customers information) as required.
Managing and maintaining customer databases, sales records, and other relevant documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate the smooth execution of sales plans and operations.
Assist in sales activities, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and contributing to the development and implementation of sales strategies to support revenue growth and customer acquisition.
Assist in the organization of successful sales events, trade shows, and customer engagement activities to further our sales objectives.
Understand, analysis the market, competitors and smart sell with highest yield.
Customer services communication: responding to customer inquiries and providing support as needed, including handling routine sales- related queries and requests.

Be willing to work overtime and follow the airline&039;s work schedule.
Having 2- 3 years of experience in cargo field at co- loader or forwarder companies (accepting Sales Support in the field of logistics/Aviation/GSA/Air Forwarder)
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Good in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data analysis.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Having knowledge about Aircraft type/ULD, Air Cargo is a plus point.
Fluent in English (4 skills) and Vietnamese
Strong communication and customer focus.
Bachelor’s degree in Aviation/Business Administration/Foreign Trade Economic, Logistics, Supply Chain.
Having knowledge of Cargo Industry, customer service processes, procedures & products, and booking tools;
