Requirements
- Handles complaints and provides appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow- up to ensure resolution.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Conversational English communication skills in both verbal and written communication.
- Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
- Good listening skills and attention to detail.
- Performs other duties assigned by the manager related to the department if needed.
- Support customer inquiries through chat, emails, and online system messages.
- Able to work on a shifting schedule, extended hours, and holidays.
Employment and Compensation
- Monthly Basic Salary: During Probation Period- Up to 12,000,000 ₫ ,
- Upon Regularization- Up to 14,000,000 ₫).
- Night Shift Allowance: 50,000 ₫ per day with a minimum of 3 work hours starting at 9 PM
- Probation Period: 2 months (Subject to performance evaluation).
- KPI Bonus: Pro- rated during the Probation period, Full KPI upon Regularization
- Salary Pay- out Schedule: Every end of the month
Work Schedule
- On Shifting, 8 hours per day, excluding a 1- hour break
- Rest Day: 6 Rest days per month
- Leave Allocation: 16 days- Subject to Customer Service Team Rules and Regulations.
