As a Channel Marketing, you will be responsible for promoting ASUS Commercial brand and products (Commercial laptops, desktops, All- in- One) in the distribution offline & online channels, supporting Sales & Marketing team to execute marketing activities. You will report directly to Commercial Marketing Manager.

What are you expected to do?
In your daily duties, you will:
• Closely working with Marketing team and HQ to ensure the approval of designs, the POSM, gifts quality and the deployment in a timely manner
• Quarterly Planning & overseeing the daily operations of ASUS Commercial corner at dealers&039; stores and ASUS Exclusive Store. Conduct regular store audits (physical and digital) to maintain display hygiene, stock availability, and ensure premium customer experiences.
• Coordinate with the Sales team and field force team to monitor POSM condition and solve in- store display issues immediately.
• Source and manage the vendors to create and deliver various shop- in- shops and POSM on time at highest ROI. This includes overseeing the end- to- end installation process, working with Sales teams and hiring 3rd party merchandising agencies to ensure onsite implementation aligns with guidelines.
• Study and monitor competitors&039; channel marketing activities as well as POSM design by visiting the shops often
• Plan budget, execute & make sure full claiming with vendors funding compliance
• Assist various channel related projects, including shop expansion, activation events, POSM, merchandiser management, gifts delivery, online dealers marketing coop programs, product launches events…
• Align with marketing strategies to plan and produce the channel marketing materials to increase ASUS Business exposure and visibility at the distribution channel (online & offline)
• Manage Online Store visibility (E- merchandising) by ensuring product content, banners, and Brand Store- in- Shop assets on dealer websites are up- to- date and synchronized with offline campaigns.
We are thrilled if you own the following qualities
• Good command of English. This position requires regular communication with expatriates.
• Excellent communication, collaboration & negotiation skills
• Strong organizational, project / time management and multitasking skills in order to handle multiple tasks and business partners/vendors at once while working under tight timelines
• 3+ year experience in Marketing or Trade Marketing department within retail, FMCG… Experience in ICT or CE industry & familiar with its retail network is a plus.
• Familiar with development & execution of trade marketing campaigns, market data collection and different materials types & production process
• Consumers centricity & understanding of their needs / preferences
• Excellent command of MS Office, specially Excel
• Experience in managing 3rd party merchandising agencies or field teams (PG/PB) is highly preferred.
