Key Responsibilities:
Optimize performance through effective cost control, sourcing, and inventory management
Develop and mentor a high- performing team, fostering discipline, creativity, and continuous improvement
Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless service and alignment with fine dining standards
Drive culinary excellence through consistency, innovation, and meticulous attention to detail
Execute and evolve menus inspired by the vision of Kirk Westaway, ensuring precision and creativity in every dish
Lead the kitchen and deliver a refined and contemporary British dining experience
Yêu cầu công việc
Ability to maintain consistency and excellence under pressure in a high- expectation dining setting
Solid knowledge with experience managing food costs, inventory, and kitchen performance
Highly developed palate with attention to details in terms of flavours, textures, and presentation
Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage cultural differences
Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or sous- chef in a fine dining or Michelin- level restaurant
Strong in European cuisine with a clear understanding of modern British cuisine.
