Ensure a safe working environment and prevent accidents in the kitchen area.
Train new employees in the kitchen as required, assigning assigned tasks.
Supervise and check ingredients prepared for each shift.
Other requests of the Executive Chef
Responsible for food hygiene and safety from ingredient preparation to processing and presentation.
Ensure dishes are prepared according to predetermined recipes and procedures.

Good communication and customer contact skills
Have experience working in a similar position.
Certificate in specialized cooking
Ability to observe and pay attention to details
Able to work well in stressful and high pressure situations
