Work Location: VSIP1, Binh Duong (Ho Chi Minh City)
Working hours: This position requires shift work (rotational shifts)- Vị trí đi làm theo ca (3 ca)
Basic Function
- Provide technical support for plating and wet chemical processes (Front End, Assembly, System).
- Lead process improvement, cost- saving, and quality enhancement initiatives.
- Troubleshoot production issues, ensure smooth machine operation, and analyze process data.
- Collaborate with cross- functional teams to develop tools, fixtures, equipment, chemicals, and materials.
Key Responsibilities
Process Control, Improvement & Development (40%)
- Complete ECOs (procedures, drawings, BOMs, SCDs).
- Identify improvement opportunities, review processes regularly, train operators.
- Support process and product development across departments.
- Support SQE for new parts/supplier qualifications.
- Manage QRB projects for process/equipment change; ensure on- time release to production.
Process Support & Quality Control (30%)
- Ensure First Article Inspection (FAI) for new parts.
- Analyze defects using QC tools, implement corrective actions.
- Check/control chemical age; monitor SPC & data shifts.
- Control processes per ISO & audit requirements.
Equipment Setup & Maintenance (20%)
- Collaborate with NPI/local machine shops on tooling and fixture improvement.
- Ensure process parameters are properly recorded in DMS.
- Set up/modify manufacturing, measuring, and testing equipment.
- Work with suppliers for troubleshooting, perform verification & calibration.
Others (10%)
- Achieve annual SMART goals.
- Maintain safe, clean, and quality work environment.
- Participate in required trainings.
- Stay adaptable and cooperative with others.
