Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, banks, and consultants.
Ensure compliance with investment regulations for foreign- invested enterprises (if applicable).
Lead, train, and develop the accounting team; review and approve accounting entries and reports.
Oversee accounting treatment related to logistics operations, such as transportation costs, warehouse costs, fuel expenses, leasing, and depreciation of trucks and equipment.
Manage and supervise the full spectrum of accounting activities, including general ledger, AR/AP, fixed assets, inventory, and cost accounting.
Manage capital contributions, shareholder transactions, and intercompany transactions (if applicable).
Support management with financial analysis, budgeting, and cash flow management.
Ensure timely and accurate tax declarations, including VAT, CIT, PIT, FCT, and other applicable taxes.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS).
Establish and improve internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a Chief Accountant or equivalent senior role.
Chief Accountant Certificate issued by the Ministry of Finance is an advantage / preferred.
Strong experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, or warehousing companies is mandatory.
Solid knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards, tax regulations, and labor laws.
Good command of English (written and spoken) for working with foreign shareholders, auditors, and partners. Chinese is a plus
Strong leadership, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
Familiarity with accounting software.
Experience working with foreign- invested companies is highly preferred.
