Accounting (80%)
• Co- ordinate and control the day- to- day activities in accounting department, including:
- AR AP aging management
- banks management (handle all kinds of payment, coordinate with banks, deal for good discount,…);
- cashflow management, forecasting expenditure
- internal reports (budget, sales analysis, inventory management, business result analysis,...)
- analyze financial discrepancies and recommend effective resolutions
- all kinds of VN tax VAT, PIT, CIT, FCT
- VAS financial reports, Group financial reports (monthly, yearly)
• Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the line manager
• Co- ordinate with outsource service to arrange yearly TP reports & declarations
• Act as the primary point of contact for all legal matters, VN government audit, internal/external audit,…
HR (20%)
• Monthly reconciliation of salary/PIT with HR service provider
• New- hire & termination process
• Manage labor contract, work permit, statutory insurance

• Minimum 03 year- experience working as Chief Accountant
• Prefer multi- national company working experience, trading company background
• Strong knowledge of Vietnam’s taxation laws, familiar to work with VN authorities and banks
• Proficient in excel and accounting software (Misa)
• Fluent in English and communication skills (written and verbal communication)
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
• Must have Chief Accountant Certificate
• Honest, strong interpersonal, proactive, organizational, and problem- solving skills
