Chief Developer - ERP software (Java, English)

Support the team to handle production technical issues: debug, performance, workload, security......
Working in a team of Chief Developers to support modification development to junior Devs
Explore, research, propose, and implement new technology.
Define, and review technical solutions (.JavaEE, Hibernate/JPA, JSF, PrimeFaces, Postgresql database)
Communicate directly with 3rd vendor supporter.
Present and discuss with managers about technical solutions.
Support the team to create a proposal for a new scope of project/modies.

Yêu cầu công việc

Proven experience as Chief Dev or leadership role, preferably within an IT company, especially the ERP product.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English;
Strong problem- solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges;
Strong background in system design, architecture, and development;
Knowledge of the latest technology trends and best practices in the IT industry;
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and manage the security risk.
Integrity and Passion for code quality and improvement, passion for sharing knowledge to build a quality Developer team.
Ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions.
