Chief Operating Officer (Australian Accounting Company)

We are looking for a Chief Operating Officer who will oversee everything for the Vietnam Team and work with our client in Melbourne, Australia.

ABOUT YOUR ROLE
We are looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) who helps us manage, operate, and oversee the Vietnam team and support our clients as well.
YOUR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Overseeing the daily business and administrative operations and improving operating procedures for optimal efficiency
● Establishing policies that improve and promote the company vision and culture
● Evaluating company performance and recommending strategies to improve results
● Assessing and enhancing the efficiency of internal and external operational processes
● Mentoring and inspiring employees to key into the vision of management
● Leading and motivating staff to achieve sales and organizational objectives
● Collaborating with management to raise capital and carry out other business-expanding strategies
● Overseeing the recruitment process to attract the best candidates and reduce employee turnover
Work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday
You can work in the office in Hue, or you can work remotely in other cities

Must-have:

● Fluent English and communication skills (active listening, responsive, collaborative);
● Good management skills over years with good leadership. Leadership refers to the ability to guide and motivate other members of the team;
