Chinese Intern (Thực Tập Sinh Xử Lý Hồ Sơ)

Assist with administrative tasks.
Run general industry- related errands.
Perform clerical duties, take memos, maintain files, and organize documents; photocopy, fax, etc. as needed.
Other tasks assigned by Manager and Director.
Translate proposals, contracts, reports, and other documents from English into Vietnamese and vice versa.
Take responsibility for the consistency and linguistic quality of all documents which are distributed externally and internally.
Check translations of proposals, contracts, reports, and other documents to ensure that they are accurate and remain consistent throughout translation revisions.

Good interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
Attention to detail is a must.
Strong reading, writing, comprehension, and editing skills.
3rd or 4th- year student from Universities/Colleges; good command of written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
Strong organization and communication skills.
Commitment to work for more than 6 months
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Salary: Up to 5,000,000 VND/month + Benefits (Full- time) And 200,000 VND/ day + Benefits (Part- time)
