Chinese Speaking Trainee/ Thực Tập Sinh tiếng Trung

Provide basic translation or interpretation between Chinese and English/Vietnamese when required
Assist in communicating with Chinese- speaking guests to ensure a smooth and pleasant guest experience
Comply with company policies, service standards, and workplace regulations
Participate in departmental training sessions and daily briefings
Support guest inquiries, requests, and follow- ups in a polite and professional manner
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or department heads
Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing reports, guest lists, or operational documents
Support daily operational tasks of the assigned department under the supervision of line managers

Proficient in Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese); basic English communication is required
Current student or fresh graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or related fields
Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast- paced service environment
Available for internship/training for the required period
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong sense of responsibility
Good communication and interpersonal skills

Monthly Allowance: 2,000,000 VND/month, paid based on actual working days
Roundtrip Ticket Allowance for relocation purposes
