Mục tiêu:
Responsible for developing and maintaining data catalog, ensuring data assets are well- organized, accessible and effectively governed under VIB frameworks and policy standards. This role requires a deep and strong understanding of data management principles, metadata, and data governance practices.

Manage and standardize metadata across various data sources; Ensure metadata is accurate, consistent, and easily accessible to users;
Create, maintain, and update a comprehensive data catalog that includes metadata, data lineage, and data classifications;
Apply processes for discovering and documenting new data sources and assets;
Stayed up to date with industry trends and best practice in data management and identify opportunity for improvements;
Evaluate, implement and optimize data catalog tools to meet organizational needs;
Perform other tasks requested by line manager.
Provide training, coaching, and support to colleagues on data governance best practices, tools, and techniques in term of data access and utilization;
Yêu cầu:
Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast- paced environment;
Technical skills: proficiency with data catalog tools (e.g., Glue, Alation, Collibra, Informatica), SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes;
Experience: 5+ years (Senior Specialist)/3+ years (Specialist)/2+ years (Senior Officer)/1+ year (Officer) of experience in data governance or similar role within the life insurance industry or other relevant financial services sector;
Compliance and data security: Understanding of regulations related to data security and privacy
Communication and interpersonal skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, along with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels within the organization;
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field;
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights;
