Chuyên Viên Bộ Phận Cắt - Cutting (May Mặc)

Ensure the daily plan is adhered to by supervisors and resolve issues such as fabric rejects, unapproved cut panels etc. with relevant personnel
Attend pre- production meetings and educate the team with regard to the cutting operations such as style, cut methods in order to facilitate smooth operations
Plan the monthly capacity together with work study and production managers, on receipt of the cut requirement plan in order to forward same to supervisors
Advise and evaluate appropriate methods to reduce material consumption in order to save fabric
Coordinate with merchandisers, stores and planning departments to meet priority/ urgent production targets
Prepare the following reports in a timely and accurate manner:
- Cut plan report: Prepare by considering both the Buy report and Production plan
- Style reconciliation report with information such as fabric received, fabric cut etc.
- Fabric utilization report
- Inspection Report
- Docket report
Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management
Monitor administration duties of cutting department employees and attend to matters such as absenteeism, leave etc. in order to ensure smooth operations whilst, ensuring strict compliance to 5S, health and safety procedures
Establish and maintain relationships, develop the performance and competency levels of employees via required training interventions whilst, monitoring employee performance in an accurate and timely manner

• 3- 5 years experience in same position (Head of Cutting) in Garment & textile/ manufacturing
• Good at English (4 skills)
• Knowledge about Lean tools (8- step, 5 why, A3 thinking, etc.) is an advantage
• Degree with Garment, Engineering or related major
• Presentation skills & Communication skills
