Mục tiêu:
Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining data quality standards and processes to ensure the integrity and reliability of data across the organization. This role involves monitoring data quality metrics, identifying data issues, and collaborating with various departments to improve data quality and support business objectives.

Provide training, coaching, and support to colleagues on data governance best practices, tools, and techniques;
Ensure data quality practices comply with relevant regulations and standards;
Perform other tasks requested by line manager.
Oversee data integration and migration to maintain data quality during transition;
Collaborate to establish a robust data ownership, data domain, data catalog and metadata management system, etc…;
Identify data issue, facilitate meeting and resolve data quality issues with business (e.g., duplicates, inconsistencies, missing values) across multiple systems and databases;
Develop and implement data quality metrics and monitoring processes; Measure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data across the organization;

Communication and interpersonal skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, along with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels within the organization;
Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast- paced environment;
Experience: 5+ years (Senior Specialist)/3+ years (Specialist)/2+ years (Senior Officer)/1+ year (Officer) of experience in data governance or similar role within the life insurance industry or other relevant financial services sector;
Familiarity with data management tools such as Data360, Informatica, Databrick Unity Catalog, Azure Data Factory, or other relevant software packages;
Technical skills: strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, and/or SAS for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization;
Compliance and data security: Understanding of regulations related to data security and privacy.
Strong analytical thinking and problem- solving abilities to identify root causes of data quality issues and develop effective solutions;
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field;
