Chuyên Viên ĐàO TạO (Sales Trainer Specialist)

Responsibilities
Building training material:

Build standards for effective sales processes and perfect stores according to company orientation.
Compile and improve training deck on product knowledge, operating procedures and policies, and sales support tools for Salesforce and CS to enhance the quality of training and optimize team productivity.

Compile and prepare Tests after training:

Proactively work and connect with relevant departments, ensuring the training plan is implemented properly, fully, and effectively.
Plan and prepare to organize periodic training sessions upon request from the company.
Organize training sessions.

Evaluate effectiveness after training:

Propose effective training methods (offline, online).
Analyze training&039;s KPIs, report post- training results & propose improvement solutions.
Conduct periodic reviews and assessments to have plans to screen and develop the appropriate sales force according to the company&039;s operations.

Other tasks are assigned by the Line Manager.

Proactively organize and arrange work and interact and coordinate across departments.
Skills in organizing, handling objections, and resolving situations.
Open- mind in improvement, and changes, and be enthusiastic and responsible for work.
Can travel on business as required.
Graduated from university or college
Skill in training and training material design.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail training, with priority given to the automobile, motorbike, and electronics industry.
English skills (in advanced)
