- Docking account bank, responsible for organizing, binding, and filing bookkeeping vouchers;
- Responsible for docking local financial audits on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis to complete the tax application matters;
- Print bank statements by the end of each month to check the bank balance, to ensure that the account is consistent;
- Responsible for invoicing, organizing original receipts, and keeping accounts;
- Complete invoicing orders from various marketplaces, organize data and keep accounts;
- Responsible for preparing online banking orders and documents, and registering bank statements in a timely manner;
- Any ad- hoc work needed or requested by the team.
- Complete the customs goods into the warehouse, out of the warehouse, and other related matters;
- Responsible for checking warehouse and logistics costs at the beginning of each month, and keeping accounts;

- Proficiency in Vietnamese and English/Mandarin
- A bachelor&039;s degree or above, with an accounting or financial management- related major;
- Conscientious and careful, strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit; Shows good Initiatives;
- Familiar with local accounting software and office applications;
- 3 years of working experience; related experiences in E- commerce are a plus;
