Chuyên Viên Marketing (PR Marketing Officer)

* Manage BCVN’s website and fanpage as well as posts about and images of BCVN on social networking sites;
- Research, develop and implement communication strategies;
- Take care of and maintain the relationship with media agencies;
- Implement brand and product marketing on digital platforms as planned;
- Take advantage of SEO, SEM and Google AdWords to improve BCVN’s rankings on search engines;
- Propose communication messages about the school for relevant audience groups that are appropriate and aligned with BCVN’s development goal;
- Put forth, develop and execute short- term/long- term marketing plans on digital platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Google, etc.);
- Work with contractors to regularly evaluate the effectiveness of advertising, thus ensuring cost and lead optimization; keep track of leads on a daily basis and notify Admissions & Customer Care Office to perform the next steps;
- Write posts and press releases on different communication channels;
- Identify, report and handle communication incidents and establish standards for responding to such incidents;
- Provide customers with the information and support they need and answer questions on social networking sites.

- Proficient use of Photoshop and other design tools for creative and effective marketing is an advantage;
- Proficiency in all 04 English language skills, especially Reading and Writing;
- Analytical thinking, effective time management, and ability to work under high pressure.
- Proficient use of digital tools and communication channels;
- Good writing skills;
- Thorough understanding of and experience in Digital Marketing;
- Good knowledge of PPC, Google AdWords, SEO, content management, InDesign and design apps;
- Creativity, proactiveness, and self- motivation;
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communications, Marketing or a relevant field; prior experience in international schools is a plus;
