Chuyên Viên Marketing

Responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals. Consistently push to achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets;
Execute sales strategy suitable for the industry/field of services;
Responsible for initial touch- point after face- to- face meeting, follow- up emails/Zalo/phone calls (script and templates to be provided);
To work with Sales Manager to ensure systems and templates are created to increase the productivity and efficacy of the Sales Department;
Coordinating the onboarding of the new client to the production team (i.e. the Patent/Trademark teams);
Understanding and promoting in- house services face- to- face and through other modes of communication (e.g., email, Zalo, WhatsApp, phone call);
Maintaining accurate records of sales leads and positioning on the sales funnel
Attending trade exhibitions, conferences, networking events and meetings when required (locally and internationally);
Preparing weekly and monthly reports, using a suitable dashboard;
Organising sales visits and conducting sales presentations. Meet and present services to business owners, associations, organizations, chambers of commerce, etc.;

Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
1- 2 years of experience in sales, a basic understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, legal or related field.
Persistent and committed to excellent customer service.
Able to work comfortably in a fast- paced environment.
Fast learner, results driven.
Location: Hochiminh City based.

Competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
