• Expedite the quotations and perform the commercial bid clarifications as required
• Perform commercial bid evaluation and issue purchase orders for materials and services, monitoring timely issue and approval
• Identify, research, and evaluate suppliers that meet the organization&039;s standards of price, quality, timing, and reliability of supply
• Ensure effective communications among procurement disciplines and internal departments
• Issue the Request for Quotation in accordance with technical and commercial requirements
• Purchasing of materials and services to support O&M activities at the lowest cost using procurement processes that maintain consistency with schedule requirements
• Negotiate for best price, delivery, terms and conditions
• Assists with creation of Bidders List
• Update procurement status reports regularly
• Ensure all purchase orders are complete and reference all necessary conditions and deliverables, including signatures, marking, packaging, payment, documentation, and shipment details
• Ensure the Vendor provides documentation when required
• Ensure effective management of procurement procedures and code of conduct as established by Premier
• Perform any other C&P duties assigned by the Company
• Interpret production schedules, purchase requisitions and other documents to coordinate purchasing activities with the organization’s current and anticipated demand for goods and materials
• Manage Purchase Order / Service Order Close Out

• Proficient with word processing, spreadsheets, and PowerPoint
• Minimum 3- 5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry
• A high degree of business ethics when dealing with suppliers
• Fluent English (Written and Spoken); TOEIC 550
• University degree is preferred
• Familiar with computerized materials management environment
• Certified in Procurement and Supply Chain Management knowledge is preferable

• Preferred a knowledge on FPSO Operations & Maintenance services and spare parts supply market
