Chuyên Viên Nhân Sự

• Disseminate internal rules and regulations of the company to new employees;
• Support drills, training, training courses on safety and professionalism for all crew members on board;
• Develop seasonal recruitment plan or according to requirements;
• Propose training plans, and implement training plans when needed;
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management;
• Resolve legal issues in recruitment;
• Handling disputes arising in labor relations;
• Answer questions from employees related to salary, bonus, processes, and regulations of companies;
• Manage the recruitment and selection process;
• Drafting documents and correspondence: confirmation letter, rejection letter, offer letter ... following the order and regulations of the Company;

• Good communication skills;
• Fluent in interpreting and implementing companies and work rules;
• Office PC knowledge: Word, Excel...;
• Effective planner and organizer
• Experience with full- cycle recruiting;
• Speak English fluently. Proficiency in Cambodian language would be an advantage;
• Strong team- building abilities;
• Degree in Human Resources or related field;
• Good knowledge of labor legislation;
