Recruitment:
· Lead every stage of the recruitment process to support other functional department.
· Liaise with recruitment agencies, advertising job openings.
· Yearly headcount planning
· Plan and manage all recruitment activities
· Manage the staff recruiting & developing strategy for the Company
· Lead & manage procedures & paperwork relating to offer letters, employment contracts & other required documents for employees
Training:
· Arrange orientation and training sessions with all new hires and refresh workshop for existing employees.
· Establish and carry out the yearly general training plan & budget
· Develop courses using internal and external resources, in accordance with the business need
· Manage relationships with external training vendors
Compensation & Benefit
· Manage all compensation- related issues, including working timesheet, payment of salaries, social insurance, personal income tax, and other requirements with relevant authorities
· Manage all foreign employee’s activities such as work permits, visas, temporary resident cards, etc.
· Develop and implement compensation strategies and structures that align with company goals and ensure the provisions of a cost- effective benefits plan
· Deal with the Labor, tax, and other Government offices for all related issues
· Develop and implement HR policies and regulations of the company
· Implement and manage the quarterly, and yearly performance review process for staff. Implement and manage more frequent performance appraisals as required by the school executive team and/or the Board of Directors
· Maintain knowledge of and ensures compliance with employment- related laws and regulations
· Maintain employees&039; records- insurance coverage, pension plan, and personnel transactions such as promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and termination.
Employee Relation
· Address all staff- related issues
· Interviews and gathers information on workers&039; feelings about factors that affect worker morale, motivation, and efficiency; and facilitates resolution of employee relations problems
· Evaluates and resolve human relations, labor relations, and work- related problems, and discuss with management and related departments to determine appropriate actions
· Manage HR events
Development
· Review, revise & develop HR policies and procedures to support the company’s operations & development, to help talent engagement & retention.
· Recommend solutions for HR organization chart & department responsibilities.
· Build- up KPIs & performance appraisal system (performance of departments & key persons). Implement & manage the yearly performance review process for employees
· Control cost for all HR activities
· Build up team culture
· Perform various administrative tasks and accurately processing paperwork.
· Counsel staff on HR policies, practices and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
· University degree, Human Resource Management certificate is plus
· At least 2 years of HR experience
· Strong knowledge of Labor Law
· Professional & strong written and verbal communication in both English and Vietnamese
· Strong leadership and management skill
· Highly committed, passionate, well organized, proactive, integrity, detailed, persevere, and diligent
· Experience in education is an advantage
