Chuyên Viên Performance Marketer

Analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
Monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve maximum return on investment (ROI) while staying within budget and command in ROAS and CPA.
Work closely with cross- functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to ensure cohesive and effective digital marketing strategies.
Collaborate with external partners and agencies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Conduct A/B testing and implement optimization strategies to improve campaign performance and achieve established goals.
Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure optimal results.
Develop and execute full funnel performance marketing strategies for clients across various channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), paid social, display advertising, and affiliate marketing.

Strong organizational and time management skills
At least 4 years of digital performance marketing experience.
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and trends.
Experienced working in e- commercial company
Experience with campaign management, especially in terms of Facebook, Google, Shopee and TikTok
Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance analysis and optimization.
Detail- oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
