Plan to visit VIP customers + Visit customer with sales
Build the relationships with the existing customers and potential customers.
Customer Card of VIP with Precaution. – Check and update Quotation to customer monthly – work on service contact with customer – Follow with Accounting Dept if customer late on paymen
Organize measurement of customer satisfaction level 2 times / year. Report the results to GD, find out the causes of bad customer reviews, unsatisfactory customer, propose improvement solutions.
Provide product/service knowledge to present to our customer.
NMT CS Department
Update buying rate on every 5th and 25th
Check and arrange the schedule, collect booking note
Handle the DDU/DDP/DAP case inquiry of Sales
To coordinate with Overseas Agents for trouble cases and dispute
Develop WCA/JC agent (assist CONSOL team to negotiate the terms with agent)
For the Nomination CS who cannot complete the designated targets, will need to assist Operation Team to do other tasks based on the instruction of HOD/GM
Input booking information & customer profile & make sure the remark info is correct and updated
Daily handling, review shipment record, analyses the shipment status to Supervisor & Agent
Handle and develop Nomination customer
To control A/R and order risk with the accounting department. Monitor and ensure that Agent make prompt payment
Sales Lead data organize, send, and follow up
Assist Operation Team to organize the calling data of Nomination customer
Sending the CONSOL sailing schedule of next month to agent & it at the end of month
