The Role
RCE seeks a Business Development Specialist for RCE Financial Solution Task Force Team. In this role, you will work closely with early customers and leasing companies to help establish and grow our financing solution for construction equipment buyers.
Although RCE Financial Solution is launched in May 2024, it is still in its early stages. Your mission will be to build and expand this service, ensuring it makes a meaningful impact in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
Service Launch Execution: Drive the successful market penetration of our newly launched financing service, focusing on establishing it as a valuable solution for customers and leasing partners.
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with early customers and leasing companies, positioning RCE as a trusted partner and ensuring the long- term success of our service.
Strategy & Execution: Collaborate with the CSO to refine go- to- market strategies, identify growth opportunities, and implement actionable plans to scale the service.
Requirements:
Thrives in fast- paced environments and enjoys learning new things.
Self- starter with the ability to structure and drive your work, rather than just completing assigned tasks.
Excellent at communicating and building relationships with customers and partners.
Capable of taking the lead on early- stage projects and driving them to success.
Have experience in a startup would be a plus
