Chuyên Viên PRODUCT OWNER - 4 Years Of Experience

About the Role:
You will work directly with cross- functional teams including design, development, marketing, and business stakeholders to deliver valuable and scalable product solutions.
We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Product Owner to join our team and take ownership of the product development process for both web and mobile platforms.

As a key bridge between business goals and technical execution, you will be responsible for defining product vision, roadmap, and features to meet customer needs and business growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
● Work directly with developers and testers to ensure accurate and timely product delivery.
● Lead the product development plan and define product features. Collaborate closely with all development teams.
● Coordinate closely with department leaders (e.g., sales, marketing) during product rollout.
● Collaborate with UX Designers to finalize the product’s UI design.
● Support product testing and bug tracking.
● Define and execute Minimum Viable Product (MVP), product roadmap, user stories, user flows, and wireframes.
● Conduct market, competitor, customer, and trend analysis to propose new ideas and feature improvements for both Web and App platforms.
● Develop go- to- market and business plans: define target customers, product strategies, and marketing approaches. Be accountable for the product’s business outcomes
● Translate business and customer needs into clear, well- documented product requirements (user flows, concepts, wireframes, and specifications).
● Set the product vision and strategy (pricing, core features, policies, promotions, etc.).
● Establish key product metrics and continuously monitor performance

Requirements
● Deep understanding of UX analysis/design for both Web and App platforms.
● Strong communication skills, able to convey ideas clearly to both technical and non- technical audiences.
● Strong business sense and leadership capabilities.
● Minimum 4 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager. (Experience in travel- tech products is a plus.)
● Passionate about product development and user- centered design.
● Strong content marketing skills: planning, writing, publishing
● Strong analytical skills with a good grasp of market trends and competitor landscape to drive product improvements.
● Proficient in English (both verbal and written).
Nice to Have:
● Familiarity with platform policies such as Google Play, App Store, Google Ads, etc.
● Strong skills in data analysis and performance metrics.
● Interest or background in AI is a plus.
● Experience in managing and growing web or mobile app products is a big advantage.
