Chuyên Viên Trade Marketing

Develop POSM and Merchandising Concepts
• Work closely with supplier to produce POSM and check quality;
• Based on current market analysis develop attractive Merchandising Concepts and Planograms
• Control and ensure that POSMs will be delivered to all stores on time ensure continuous improvements.
Conduct Market, Consumers and Competitor Analysis and propose product pricing and positioning
• Work with related Departments to create promotion scheme every month, every campaign • Survey market & Report of stores, competitors;
• Create many creative and effective storewide campaigns;
• Plan and analyze assortment for different channels and customer groups and propose activities.
Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
Supervise and Train PGs in Hypermarkets.
Develop and implement activation programs for different channels, Involve in product launch, podiums.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Passion for Products and creative talent;
• Positive, self- starter and can- do attitude;
• Has experience in Visual Merchandising, Retail Marketing, POSM Design and Development, And Supervising Field Marketing Resources;
• Analytical and Planning Skills
• Ability to work independently and cross- functional (with Sales department);
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Sense of aesthetic product presentation and creativity;
• Willing to learn;
• Proven at least 1 year of experience as the same role ideally in FMCG;
• Good at English;
