Chuyên Viên Truyền Thông Nội Bộ

Collect and maintain a database of articles, images, and related publications to support communication efforts.
Create internal communication content on social platforms (Facebook, YouTube), internal communication channels, and websites; develop scripts and collaborate on producing communication videos.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Develop ideas and propose quarterly/monthly Internal Communications plans to serve specific objectives in each phase.
Generate ideas for organizing internal events and activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor&039;s Degree in Communications, International Relations, Marketing, or other related fields, or equivalent education and experience;
Good communication in English to work with foreign employees;

Knowledge:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, especially in internal communications or event management;
Experience managing internal communication channels such as email, newsletters, and corporate social networks;

Skills:

Good communication skills with the ability to clearly and effectively convey messages to all employees;
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internal communication tools;
Basic design skills and familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator are a plus;

Personal Qualities:

High commitment to work;
Creative thinking with the ability to generate new and innovative ideas;
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work under high pressure;
